- What is an Archived Account?
A trading account with no financial or trading activity and no pending orders for 366 calendar days will be archived. Pending orders older than 365 days will be deleted. Remaining balances will be transferred to your client wallet. You can request to restore an archived account, but it is at the Company's discretion. - What is a Dormant Account?
An account with no financial (deposit/withdrawal) or trading activity (opening/closing orders) for a period of 6 months is considered a Dormant Account. Dormant accounts are subject to monthly fees that increase over time. The Company may terminate accounts with a zero balance after notifying the client. - What are Margin Deposits and Margin Calls?
The Company may require you to pay sums of money as deposits or margin. If you fail to provide the required margin, the Company may terminate any open contract. You are responsible for monitoring and paying the required margin at all times. - What if my account goes into a negative balance?
If a negative balance occurs due to Stop Out, the Company will make a relevant adjustment to cover the negative amount. - How will I receive trade confirmations and account statements?
Trade Confirmations will normally be available instantly following the execution of a transaction through the Trading Platform. An Account Detailed Report is also available through the Trading Platform. By accepting the Client Agreement, you agree not to receive these documents in printed form unless specifically requested. You should verify the contents of all documents received from the Company and notify the Company of any discrepancies within 2 Business Days.
